Manchester, NH - CB Richard Ellis has announced it has been hired as the exclusive leasing agent for the former Teradyne Inc. facility at 44 Simon St. in Nashua.

The 240,000 square foot building is now called Liberty Woods Technology Center. The space is being subdivided into office, manufacturing or flex space to accommodate tenants as small as 21,000 square feet.

The facility sits on about 18 acres and is being marketed as southern New Hampshire's newest high-tech facility.
