Auburn, MA - Liberty Companies of Boston, MA has commenced construction for a ‘build-to-suit’ 210,000 SF building located at 26 Millbury Street, Auburn, MA. Liberty Companies has hired Dacon Corporation as the general contractor and the building will be delivered in March 2008.

The Millbury Street site is located off Route 30 with visibility from the Massachusetts Turnpike. The building will provide 30 foot ceilings, 50'x40' column spacing and abundant loading docks.

"Interline Brands, Inc., a distributor of building products to the building trade, has committed under a long term lease to 163,735 SF," said Andrew M. Cable, President, Liberty Companies. "We are excited to work with Interline Brands on this project. The build-to-suit will feature a 157,100 SF warehouse, 4200 SF Office and a 2500 SF Showroom. 46,265 SF remains available for lease."
